Refund policy

Exchange process:
Step 1:
Please dispatch the perfume you have through any courier service on the following address::

Please share the tracking number of the parcel. 
Step 2:
Once we receive the bottle back the new one will be shipped to you.
Note:
Please ensure packing in bubble wrap so that the box or bottle isn't damaged.

Exchange criteria:
1. The perfume volume in bottle should be at least 90%
2. The bottle should not be damaged/cracked and labels intact.
3. Re-Pack the product in the same manner it was delivered to you, so that it reaches us back safely.
4. Testers are non-refundable/exchangeable.

 

Refund process:

Provide the bank account /jazz cash/ easy paisa details and the amount will be deposited in the account.

Refund criteria:
1. The perfume volume in bottle should be at least 90%
2. The bottle should not be damaged/cracked and labels intact.
3. Re-Pack the product in the same manner it was delivered to you, so that it reaches us back safely.
4. Testers are non-refundable.
5. Only the product amount will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
